I...I love that thing, it was my only friend in portal. Also, cake? I want cake! I want cake!

I just recently re-played portal, and, now I have the radio's still alive stuck in my head. I have it as a .wav, you want it to make the radio?
Also portal turret. I checked in 3rd person mode, they are as tall as chell, and are in fact wider. again, I have all the sounds if you want them... and the rest of the dialogue... including the spheres. (yay GCF extractor)...
Just thought I'd throw that out.

Thanks, but I don't think I know how to make the radio. I'll leave it to LFoW. He's awesome

I have all the sounds, textures, models, screen caps I need to do what I have to. Also, decent radio sprite, but I think it might be a little big. Maybe not. Either way I'll be doing my own for project sake.

This makes me want to finish that portal gun I started some time ago...
Great job, perhaps you could even make test-chamber styled bunker modules and doors? The elevator would be cool, too.
Edit: The companion cube transportation tubes could also be the portal version of the CC vanilla conveyors.

I have a question. Will it be possible to make the aperture science heavy duty super-colliding super-button? I mean, if you have the cubes, you could do the buttons to go with them. maybe tie them to lua in missions or have a button module and a door module, and use some sort of scripted particles to connect Door A to Button A, etc. then again that's getting a little bit excessive.

Thats a cool idea, but wouldn't it be hard? I'd be like If someone does make it. The cube transport idea by CaveCricket is also cool, but can you animate the BG (or even FG) of a bunker module? It'd be pretty cool.

Re: Aperture Laboratories -We do what we must, because we can!
Oh I plan to get excessive. I already have sketches for the Cube transportation, the bunker mondules, the confrontation with GLaDOS, the buttons operating the doors, etc.
Yes you can animate bunker modules by adding attachables. What do you think the Dummy Factory is?
I have plans for just about everything out of Portal. Conceptually there's nothing that's done in Portal that can't be ported to CC. I plan to go all out eventually. But I have to take it one piece at a time.
If I work on this by trying to respond to 10 different aspects of Portal I'm going to suffer burnout. Let's try to cut down the scattered posts here though so I can keep the focus on the piece at hand. Currently that piece is GLaDOS, so let's keep the feedback/ideas on her.
Current plans: -Swinging in her own bunker module -Blastable cores -Incinerator -Game sounds right from Portal

Swinging in her own Module will require some EPIC animation.. but then how will you keep the head following the spot whilst she's swinging?...... i would go up for it but maybe not now, sorta busy and couldnt script Lua for my life Good thing i dont
