Post Dropships that go POOF!
Are there any known mods or mods in the making that makes the default dropships gib into air :P?

Or is there just a few variables i can change in 5 seconds to do it myself?

(Is it not annoying with 52345 dropship gibs lying all over the battlefield and clogging in the entrance to your bunker?)

Nearly all gibs from the standard dropships are gone. I made it so you do not have to :P.

Meh, I never found it annoying, since I never really had a reason to enter my own bunker. XD But I guess since some people find it annoying and most people are lazy, that's pretty useful. haha

I find dropship gibs funny. today I was on a bridge with a huge grenade launcher about to shoot it at the base and right as I'm about to fire, a giant dropship gib comes out a nowwhere and splatters my clone into a million pieces. I laughed and laughed. :)

B18's dropship's would clog up my bases all thetime with their middles, so it's not as bad now.

So you can shoot through them?
Don't they turn into terrain after a while?

Yeah that happens to me a lot; I am just glancing at one of my guys and all of a sudden a piece of a dropship door comes out of nowhere and smashes him leaving NOTHING behind...I personally would just take out about half of the gibs...maybe... :-?

You could change all the gibs into smoke ball 1's.

I don't think its that, so much as dropships should be both harder to gib, and also they shouldn't just automatically gib whenthey die. They should just sit there like it used to. It's okay for the bodies to fall to the ground and stop working. Not every single one needs to trigger a violent explosion. But when they do, it should be satisfying.

Unfortunately, the fact that they always gib when they die seems to be hard-coded. I don't know if you could mod that to happen.
