I have made a chopper, and animated, not realising how ugly it is, so I am considering either not having an animated door, so that I can focus on the graphical aspect on a single frame or just keeping it bland :/
Here is a vid
Any suggestions?

Re: I need help/suggestions (Chopper)
A gattling gun.
Everybody knows every chopper has a gatting gun on them.
The bottom one looks very much like your helicopter, minus the two guys on it. The camera at the front and the exhaust just below where the tail starts are the most important bits you need to add IMO. Also make the body and the tail look separate like in the image.
I'd say keep the animated door, it looks cool. Plus I don't know if there is one already but you may want to add an animated tail rotor. If there is one then make it more obvious

Thanks for the suggestion, I will look into it , though it doesn't need a tail rotor as it has two top rotors spinning in opposite directions.
Also yeah, I took a lot of inspiration from the little-bird chopper, it has the same weight and lifting capabilities actually, but now that I look at it I realise that mine is a bit bigger in reality damnit

Oh I didn't notice that, that just means you should add two
Joking aside it would look badass with one of those enclosed tail rotors:
And a pair of miniguns would only do good as well, unless it's just going to be a transport helicopter, in which case the ability to have actors sit on the rails would be even better...

I had made the ability for actors to sit on the rails, but unfortunately I deemed it too annoying due to problems with selecting the chopper instead of the actors on the rail, in tight situations, and yes, it is going to be a transport helicopter

So are you using any other helicopters for reference other than the littlebird?

Well I may also be referencing the huey a bit, now that I think about it

Just a thing I should note, this is for my trappers mod, which is an extension of the ronin faction basically, so it should feel a bit slapped together, as if it weren't originally for military use. This last part is also one of my main problems as it is hard to make parts of it feel improvised without it seeming implausible. I will add some red logos on it, but I feel that it needs more

Imo you should give it a tail rotor, take away one of the top rotors, and maybe make it a bit smaller, or at the least a bit thinner. If possible, try to follow the lines of the AH-6, and as god froggy said separate the fuselage and tail sections. In addition to this, the blades could be moved forwards towards the center of weight to make it look a bit more balanced. I'd make a mock-up for you but I'm on my laptop with only a touchpad atm :/

Can you upload the sprite for us? I'm not that great at spriting but I can take a look at it and I need the practice

Well thanks, I think I got a bit prettier, and I will look into making a tail rotor, as it would properly add a lot for the silhouette
I tried moving the rotors 6.5 pixels forward (though might not be enough) and added some minor details.

Here is the whole mod, it is in the Trappers.rte/actors/wasp/ folder
