hey guys i wanted to know how do i make a race/team i dont know what you call it here but if you can point me in the right der. maybe another post or tutoral ect. i would love to try and make my own thank you for your time

Best to start small mate, try a weapon or single character, get a feel for how the spriting, ini editing etc works.

Check the wiki out and look in this forum for some good tutorials.

thank you for your help i have just tried to make a gun but there was a problem idk what was the prob i tried every thing to get it to work messed around with coding tried every thing i could i might try something diff besides the tutoral if it works i will let u know and tell u how i did it

I'm gonna try to be nice about this one, since you seem like a nice kid.
First off, welcome to the forums. We're all pretty cool, unless you do something stupid. To help avoid some of those stupid things, I have a few suggestions.
One, work on your typing skills. This includes grammar, spelling, and the like. If we can understand you, we're going to be a lot happier about having you here.
Two, try to read and learn more than just talking. The more you learn, the fewer stupid questions the rest of us have to deal with. For instance, the tutorials are great. Seriously. We have so much great stuff already written down for new folks. You really don't need to start new threads to ask the same old questions.
Third and final point, enjoy. There's some spectacular content (as it sounds like you may have noticed) and some really genuinely awesome people who are perfectly willing to help you out, if you're easy to work with. Hence the above advice.

Oh, and I just want to make this clear; I say these things for your benefit. Feel free to ignore me, but it's going to be in your best interests in the long run if you don't.

thanks for the intro sorry about my spelling i will fix this starting today i am not going to ignore you any advice is good to me and plus i am not that kind of person. thanks for the help to get me fitting in.

Awesome. I can help with .ini stuff; I'm not a great modder, but I've certainly picked up some troubleshooting skills along the way.
