How do I change photos from a PNG or XCF? because I made sprites, but they are in those formats.
p.s. I am using Gimp, if that helps any.

You should just be able to open them in Gimp and then choose Save As... and then select another filetype. I don't use that program but I can't imagine it not having something like that.

Re: How do I change....
I'm assuming you've been using CC's pallet?
I'm unfamiliar with Gimp, but I assume the simple standard method is to do save as in Gimp, and under the field were you enter the name, select 24 bit bmp as the filetype from the drop down list, and then save with the name/location you want. That may or may not be considered in pallet by the game, I don't know. But I'm halfway assuming you've tried that, and it didn't work, and that's why you asked.
Another, more certain to work method is to open the sprite with gimp, select the sprite, (select all if the file is only the sprite) copy to the clipboard, paste it into a CC sprite that was opened with windows xp's mspaint, and then save it under the new name you want.
Doubleninja'd, oh well, my copy to mspaint suggestiong might be slightly useful somehow.
