[Tutorial] How to make sprites with PhotoShop!
Spriting tutorial!
This tutorial will commence step-by-step with images. There is a mod attached with the completed product of this tutorial, with Palette.act inside, a file required to do this tutorial. By the end of this tutorial you will have a picture of whatever you want to draw in The Almighty Palette.

Instructions Just do what it says in each image. Let's begin!

It's explained to me how to use palettes in Photoshop, so thanks for explaining that.
I just use Paint to draw my sprites because I'm retro like that.

By the way, if anyone needs to CREATE .act files, which even Photoshop CS5 doesn't allow you to do even though it's their format, Pixen can help you with that. It's how I obtained Palette.act, and what I used when I needed a TerrainPalette.act. It's Mac-only though. If anyone does need any .act files for terrain, let me know with a reply; I can help with that since I have a Mac handy right here.
