  What have i done wrong?I have managed to solve several issues similar to this but am confused with this one, what do i need to change?

Re: What have i done wrong? It would help if you uploaded the file in question, in case it's something like tabbing or miscapitalization.

Re: What have i done wrong? Errors that reference the first read line of an .ini usually originate due to incorrect tabbing within the faction Index, in my experience. Upload the Index?

Re: What have i done wrong? Your rifle.ini was full of spaces rather than tabs, see if this version with all the spaces replaced with tabs helps the problem any.
