 Weird palette problem....

Post Weird palette problem....
I have some sprites from the sheet below, that according to GIMP (using duh's palettes) is entirely in palette. However when it is used in game certain areas turn a bright red and others turn white or change color..... Has the palette changed in 25 or did I just miss something obvious?

Not quite in palette. I re-converted it using my palette file and got this palette segment compared to this one.
Here's the converted file, see if it works better.

Eh who knows. Perhaps you accidentally checked the checkbox allowing reducing the palette size.
