I need some help with measurements...
So I have lots of trouble getting things all sized up. Is there an estimate of how long a pixel is in game?

I think Settings.ini in Base.rte stipulates that there are 20 pixels to a meter, so it should be 5 centimeters per pixel.

What? That means the actors arm is 15 cm long?

Oh, sorry. I meant 75. Because most arms are around 15 pixels long. My arm sure isn't 75 cm long...

The sprite scale in CC doesn't match the PPM in Settings.ini (20 PPM).

Okay, the average height of the normal caucasian male is around 70 inches. In game, all of the Ronin men are 40 pixels. That means each pixel is about 1.75 inches.
Edit: Then again, lots of things dis-proportioned.

For one, their heads are as large as their torsos.

You could just forget about the numbers and simply make things roughly proportional to existing content.
But if you want to quantify it, for device sprites, I consider 30 pixels to be one meter, since the M16 sprite roughly suggests such a scale.
