Post Odd indexing trouble?
I have made a small automatics weapon mod yet i coppied the coalition sniper code 2 times for the general coding and then tweaked them, then i put both of the devices in seperate ini's and then put them in the loading index document, yet it only loads 1 gun for some reason. Anyone else had this? and are there any solutions? :-? and sound files are being irritating as i named a sound file saw, and i directed the gun to the firing sound as autopack.rte/m24 saw/saw.wav yet it complains and claims it not to be there, though clearly its there! Its just being a complete and utter B****

Did you use different names?

used different names for both weapons e.g: hk147 and m24 saw, and gave both ini's different names such as hk147.ini m24saw.ini, And after that ive given up, said screw it, then put them under one ini file, and now none of them load!

The names of the .inis don't really matter; they don't have to be in separate ones at all. Try typing gibberish at random points to see when if starts giving errors. We want to find out where the game stops loading your code.

The wierd thing is that it loads the whole code, it just ignores the other weapon i made, and theres no slashes or anything.... but i'll give it a try!
And it still WON'T LOAD THE F****** SOUND thats clearly there is just claims its not there!!! *edit* It'll load the gun now, but it won't let me use any sounds ive edited the bass properties or speed properties of in audacity, as when i change the properties it says it can't be found even though it's there!
It's really getting me mad! can anyone shed some light on this situation?

It could be the same problem as some sounds not working on mac. You may need to save them in a particular way.

For some reason, some sounds tend to screw up randomly for me. The only difference is on the status bar, for example, all my other .wav sounds have the time only displayed, whereas the stuffy one has the rating, genre, artist etc. To fix this I just run it through format factory, and it usually works. This is like a 'home remedy' sort of suggestion, try it if you want.
