People don't think I like this sorta stuff because I have a kind and sunny exterior.

For those of you who enjoy the delights of the cheapskate program known as spotify, here is a link to this very playlist: http://open.spotify.com/user/roastveg/playlist/0zJFO1t3sV2XwIHOWeMkEG

Enjoy.

Post Re: Share your work playlist.
For some weird reason, when I have to do some quick coding which doesn't need much thought, I work considerably faster when I listen to something excessibly happy and even more irritating. My current playlist includes:

Popipo - Hatsune Miku
The disappearance of hatsune miku - Hatsune Miku
It's Teto's turn forever - Kasane Teto
Barrage button - Kasane Teto
Bloomin' Octagon - Jack Black (?)
Rainbow Jakkajan - Guilhox (Note - you DON'T want to listen to this. It's like totally hardcore happyness of doom.)

Now, if I need to do something more serious, I'll either put some very chill, or something with enough rhythm to entertain me, but not enough to disrupt the tought process. Such as:

Scatman - Scatman John
Everybody Jam - Scatman John
Re: Your brains - Jonathan Coulton
Mandelbrot set - Jonathan Coulton
The Future Soon -Jonathan Coulton
The whole friggin' Steamboy soundtrack - whoever did it

If I'm into a real mess however, if I want to do SERIOUS programming, as in earthbreaking godawesome bejeezus frolicking explodetastic stuff, I'll turn the volume at maximum and listen to Beautiful World from Utada Hikaru. It's absolutely amazing how many instruments they managed to squeeze into the thing, not to mention the suberb vocals and incredibly catching tune. it's A++, really.

Also, i never listen to Through The Fire And Flames because I have to stand up and air guitar a solo every ten seconds. :P

yeah, im gonna say that every gorillaz album ever has helped me make awesome ♥♥♥♥ at some point or another.

I'm still downloading tracks i've seen on here and i'm gonna do drawings for them later on in the weekend. You people are so adorably strange.

anyway, gorillaz; If i'm looking to do something a little darker or apocalyptic, it's Demon Days, something fun it's Plastic Beach. Anything else is the self titled cd.

Love them, just haven't had the time to see them in concert.

I feel so sad.... They had a concert 10 miles from my place, just before I started listening to them and missed it.
And they're awesome and ♥♥♥♥...

OT: Either NONSCREAM metal, rock (Cage the elephant/Black Stone Cherry/etc) or Pendulum, they're just amazing. (And Stand Up- Prodigy if I feel sad.)
