Post Bunker issue :( not sure what went wrong
I am working on a new bunker, but it doesn't behave right in game.
Right now it acts as though it were made of foam, and characters can stand on the transparent parts, and for some reason you can't place actors inside????

Image

I used the fallowing colors- pink = 255 0 255/ dark gray = 165 165 165/ light gray = 185 195 205/ purple = 128 0 128
their respective materials are- air, concrete, metal, and default. All colors were copied straight from the tut controller mat file.

Also if some one has a copy of windows vista's mspaint I would like a copy. I recently upgraded my system to windows 7, and downloaded a old copy of paint. This old copy doesn't have the crop feature, and might be missing other things that I haven't noticed yet.

I don't think this is a palette issue because it shows up right in game and I checked all the RGB values on my mats.

-thank you for any help you can offer

The issue is the filetype.
It should be a 32 bit bitmap, not a 24 bit bitmap.

That can be fixed by pasting your MAT into a copy of another MAT, saving, and then managing the files as necessary. (renaming, moving)
Unless your image editing program is more complex/dumb, in that case it might take another process.

Also, the parts that are in the fg should be darkened in the bg. When I tested fixing it and dug into the floor, I couldn't tell what had been dug. Although this looks like a work in progress, so you probably already know that you need to do that.

Well crap  so its a issue with this copy of paint then. I checked and 32bit is not one of the options. (16, 24, 256)

If anyone would be so kind as to put this in 32bit format for me, I will go try to track down a better copy of paint.

-Thanks Azzuki for your help.

One 'z'. Two 'k's. Why does that always get mixed up?

You probably don't need a new copy of paint, I only have those options listed too.
But if you copy another 32 bit bitmap file, such as another CC MAT file, paste it into your mod, open it, paste your MAT into it, and save it, (not 'save as') you can make 32 bit bitmaps with that copy of paint. Probably.
