Re: A question about weapons Someone with more code experience correct me if I'm wrong, But in your past bin the first line is for the Head??
I thought Heads could only be AddEffect = Attachable and you have it as AddActor = Attachable.. Try changing it from AddActor to AddEffect and see if that works.. Please no one flame me if this is wrong as I have been only working with actor ini coding for only a month or 2 and just stating what I think Maybe wrong.. |

Things I did [*]Re-Mapped just about everything [*]Shorten some file names [*]Made your folders more shallow (Pulled folders out of folders that were in folders) After that I wasn't getting that error anymore, But I got a new one.. There wasn't any Sound folder in the Mother Brain folder with some kinda glass sound.wav in it so I had to make my own and put in a replacement sound.. I had to Re-map Brains.ini Line 231 to my new sound, Im sure you have the correct sound, so just go and change, and Re-map Brains.ini line 231, to reflect the your sound... After that I got another error but this one is stumping me: Could not match property in BSL.rte/Actors/Mother Brain/Brains.ini at line 235! Code: EndSound = Sound // AddSample = ContentFile // FilePath = BSL.rte/ EmissionEnabled = 1 <-----LINE 235! EmissionCountLimit = 100 EmissionsIgnoreThis = 1 ParticlesPerMinute = 200 Line 235 is EmissionEnabled = 1 I have not come across Emissions (Meaning I have not had to make my own) So I wouldn't know what to do here... EDIT: Oops forgot to Attach the .rte with my changes... Line 235 is: Attachments:

EDIT: XIII, thank you SO much. after a little bit of tinkering,I got it working. Now the mother brain isn't working, but I'll probably be able to fix it. |
