I need some help with my big lizard actor.

The hands and arms specifically.

The hands are floating out in the air and the arms are kinds buggy. as in they arent acting like they should

DL included so you can see what im talking about.

Im not asking you to do it for me i am just asking for help. What am i doing wrong here?

The hands are currently nulled because they were upsetting me.

Also how do I get the animated head to work?

I did my best fixing the arms. Also added animation code to the head.
