Post Aim through walls
Is it possible to aim through walls using LUA ? cuz i'm making "Rail Driver" from RF:G

If it possible, can you tell me the code ?

I guess it's possible through Lua, but you can't actually make the normal aiming reticle go through walls and that will still affect the camera.

I had an idea for a zoom extension before, it could apply to this. What I was thinking is that you could use Lua to detect if the target actor is zooming their gun. If they are, then switch their control to an actor that looks like the zooming dots, which will be re-positioned every frame X pixels in front of the target actor's gun. Any control on the "zooming dot" actor will translate to controls being sent to the target actor, making it seem like you are actually zooming. If the player stops pressing the zooming button, the script will be able to detect that and switch control back to the target actor.

This has happened to me during normal play, no doubt as the result of some minor glitch. It's actually not that spectacular; you'd be surprised how much you'd begin to miss the reticule stopping when it hits something solid.
