Is there a possible way to make a program that allows you to incorporate mods into your activities on the fly?

Ex: I check and uncheck a bunch of different folders for inclusion into my activities using this program before I play CC.

You could make a lua scene that automatically goes through all your .rtes and assigns actors weapons based on their .rtes.

Sounds like a good idea...but I can't code...

perhaps you need talk with a lua coder and ask about it...
