Post Help with Joint offset
The only thing i need to change for my little mod is the offsets

Could one of you please help me with this and then explain it to me

The dimentions of the gun is 10x32 and I need his hands to be at 5x21
and his other hand at 6x12 but i cant seem to get this right

Uh, someone made an offset tutorial ([edit] sorry, it's not, my bad, but still search for Offset Tutorial, it should come up, unless it was on the wikia... in which case it's just as easy to find it), and some are reversed (positive x would be left, instead of right, and positive y would be down).

Setting the offsets to a high number (100? 1000? 10000?) will help you find how it works.
