Hello, im a noob, and i dont know how to add downloaded scenes from off this site into my cortex command folder, could someone tell me like which folder to put it in? Im sure it would be easy

Probably, (assuming windows, and default installation directory):
Program Files, probably on the C drive
Data Realms
Cortex Command

Just download scenes (or any other mod) to that folder, then extract the .rar or .zip file using Winrar or IZArc or 7zip.

Sure, it's easy, just move the .rte folder into the folder with the Cortex Command.exe.

You'll know you're in the right place when you see another folder called the Base.rte.
Just put the one from scenes right alongside the Base.rte (NOT in the Base.rte).
