  Sound effects.Does anyone know of any good sites? Most that the google digs up are crap. I needs sum, as I don't have mah guns here to shoot to get them live.

Somebody else here on the forums (I can't recall who) posted the link to this site originally, and I've found it to be very satisfactory. http://www.freesound.org/ It's a pretty good place for all kinds of sounds. I've already collected a slew of'em for something I'm working on.  |

Re: Sound effects. And if you're making something based of something else, and that something else ever made a game I could probably find the game's sound effects for you...
