I'm wondering how close are we to making a fixture/dropship that we can place in our bunker that we can make our troops go into that pops them out like new with all their gear fixed?

Well, it can be done with Lua already, so I'd say we'll be able to do it once Lua is available in Skirmish.

Has anyone made a map that features something like that?

See TheLastBanana's Prison Escape mission. It's not exactly like you said: It's an area of the map that deletes your actor and spawns an fresh one with more or less the same inventory. The effect is similar to what you want, I think.

well iv noticed that if you bring an actor in and out of a ship it stops bleeding(try to use this)
