Something like the chrono legionaries? Those guys were great fun... If you have all of these teleport things, it might be a good idea to balance it like they did (power of teleportation, but over long distances takes a while to phase in; can disable and eventually anihilate a unit, but takes time; etc.)

My idea is a machine gun type deal that shoots bullets into the future (maybe would be more useful for explosives but whatev) and thirty or so seconds later they fire just like normal. could be useful for traps.

   Actor Classes (Soldiers)
      Scout
         Autopistol; high ROF needler-ish? damage accumulates
         Melee? Energy blade?
      Soldier
         AR ish weapon. Possibly semiauto, midrange.
         Lowend teleporter based weapon; displacer? remover?
         Grenades; slow down bullets? create shields?
      Heavy
         Primary weapon: charge displacement weapon; removes target from existence. circular effect on ground?
         Secondary; midrange semiauto? heavy MG? pyro-based?
         Grenades; temporal displacement of all systems? shields? teleportation 'nades?
      Engineer?
         Turrets
         Repulsor fields(tm)
         Light shotty/pistol
         Melee wep
      Medic?
         Healing gun; medium/light effect plus close range for faster
         Low range autopistol?

   Vehicles
      Crab Walker:
         4 legged leviathan. Holds actors, has a sentry turret. Heavy energy based turret?
      Dropship/rocket:
         Localized transportation; shorter range pick up/drop vehicles, decently armored

         Transporters (Teleports)
      Small and large; small = individual soldiers; large = vehicles and groups of soldiers
      
   Weapons
      Overall:
         Warp Gun: Instant displacement a few hundred pixels away; through air or ground? Ugly gibbing if inside a target.
   
   Bunker Modules:
      Repulsor Fields:
         Reverse and double the velocity of hostile objects.
      Teleporters:
         Self explanatory.
      Power Generators:
         Linked to teleporters and repulsors? More power = better soldiers? Highly unstable (naturally)
      Turrets:
         Different types; machine gun, pyro, missile launcher, temporal removal
      Superweapon: (wipe)
         Requires power and an extensive charge time; totally removes section X of planet. Build limit 1.
      Superweapon 2: (displace)
         Somewhat less powerful, build limit 3; takes a decent section of terrain, actors, and vehicles and moves it however many pixels up or down
      Superweapon 3: (scramble)
         Arguably less powerful. Build limit 2? Takes living organism and "scrambles" them; randomly displaces pixels; causing massive bleeding and instant horrible death.
      Superweapon 4: (portal)
         Placeable portals; gives a small temporary BYOB phase with two portals to place. Limit one assembly with two portals.

I like the sound of that... Maybe the scout should have weapon that automatically teleports him to behind the nearest enemy? Or else anywhere he wants with in a certain range.

Huh...
Personal warp field (or shield) that reverses incoming fudge... think NMEs shooting themselves in the head, or asplosions going double-force the other way.
A floor trap that teleports NMEs back to space. Or apart. Or into acid.
A grenade that makes the impact zone change places with you.
A bomb that teleports NMEs up to the spaceship's processors (selling the NME's units).
Defense portal. Drone spots NME. Drone deploys portal. No matter, where the portal exit is, hallway inaccessible.
Portal emitting guns:
A portal to space (cliché)
Epic: A portal to the bottom of an ocean (careful, may cause blunt trauma and suffocation).
