i need some help with a few problems, and i was wondering if the good people on this forum could help me with these:

1. I dont know how to add a jetpack to an actor! I was trying to give the crab a jetpack so that is could actually do something, but i couldnt do it. There was always that classic popup; there was an error in the file base.rte/actors/blah-blah-blah. Can somebody please tell/show me how to make an actor have a jetpack?

2. I have an actor, but he can only aim up at 60 degrees. How can i make it so that he can aim in all directions?

(This one isnt that important really)
3. I need a nice continuous firing sound for a laser, but i cant seem to be able to make or find one! can somebody please give me a laser sound?

aim angle 360 or something ill check it later

and take a template from the coalition and look where the jetpack is added then try inputting it on the crab

Angles in CC are measured in radians. You want 3.14, or just take out the whole "AimRange = whatever" line.
