Does the game come with dummy rockets?

There seem to be gibs for them (when building your base you should see it under dummy gibs or something 3-7 object (not sure))

they've been modded in, there's a topic in the mod foruma bout it.

They'll probably be available in the next build, it seems they're still working on lots of stuff which they left in there.
And yes, a few people have created mods using available images of it.
And others things such as crates.
But, I can't seem to find the thread.
