Im looking for the mod that would make Cortex Command run at 1024x768. I've seen the old thread about it, but the download link does not work anymore.

Wait for later versions, maybe Data will make the game run in a higher resolution later on.

Or maybe he won't, the game wasn't meant to run in such a huge frame anyways. It's to keep the nostalgic feel.

Wait? Well im getting tired of waiting (for about 5 builds about now).

You can change the resolution in Settings.ini, but you'll also need to remake all the Map BGs, FGs and MATS for the new resolution.

Sounds like a pain.... what program would i remake them in?

I'm not sure, I think LordTim once upgraded his resolution, if you ask nicely, he might give you his edited map stuff.

I'll upload mine later today; it's not hard to do, you just have to update the backgrounds. For a while I was running 1600x1200 but it looked like crap and performed less than great.

The only annoying part is dealing with the menus, I haven't bothered centering the main menu so unless I do that before I upload it it'll be a tad off (just an aesthetic issue).
