Anybody who has played Deus Ex has heard of the Universal Constructor (If you haven't you must play the game fully, It's an unwritten law)

But my idea is something like the A-bomb soldier making gun except done as a bunker module with a door and stuff

You place down the module and it should have an actor attached to the roof that can aim in only one direction and fire soldiers out long reload times and such.

Sounds cool right?
