Post Making Actors via Editing
I'm uncertain how to do this, I mean I haven't really found any information on how to make these mods and such The art aspect I mean, (it's probably in here somewhere, but I'm terrible at looking(with my eyes)) So I guess it's just a simple edit with 8-bit cc palatte? So if i wanted I could make an actor by opening up one of the Base.rte actors in paint if I wanted?

lulz paint

Sorry if this is painfully obvious or asked alot

Theres no program specifically for making actors: I used graphics gale to make sprites (Notepad to edit code). And I should say: Its a custom 8-bit palette, its in the base.rte folder. Get the starting stuff (viewtopic.php?f=1&t=8970), you can go two paths:

1) Simple respriting.
2) Completely Custom actor... Look at the stickied topics in Mod Making.
