Have you ever had the idea of use the rocket door as a shield? Click and you active/disactive it, protecting small/ large bunkers...

Well now that we know better we can use that, neh? Exciting.

The dropship door, you mean? Yeah, I believe someone did that once way back when. The difference between dropship doors and rocket doors is that dropship doors are two pieces that rotate out of the way, seperate of the dropship itself, while the rocket hatch is just the rocket sprite itself animating. I'm sure there's a whole host of stuff I haven't even thought about to be done with dropships, but I don't know anything about them.

I mean the rocket door, to make the shield actually APPEAR.
Anyway, there is some way to make the rocket sharp???

And if possible, do this:Image

Oh you mean like a big ass dome covering things? Yeah, of course. You could even make it look like an energy shield, though it wouldn't glow. I'm sure there's ways around that though.

And yeah you could actually take those exact sprites and make a rocket like that. I mean, it would LOOK like that, but wouldn't fire at the proper times.

Yeah, using a rocker as a giant dome. Make it with lots of life and it receive damage when shoot at the shield, to make thing unbalanced lol

Yeah, that'd be quite easy. Try it.

And about the defence system, I was thinking on a pinned dropship, using the right and left key to aim, up and down to shoot different types of shots.Would that work?

Don't forget, you can make Clones spawn holding Rockets and Dropships using the same code that lets Rockets and Dropships spawn containing Clones.

Rocket function that hasn't been mentioned- Weapon. Not a cannon.

Let me explain, you have up to 50 frames on the rocket and they can be anything, anything at all, rockets can crush things pretty easily... Do you see what I'm getting at? (MOBILE CRUSHING UNIT MUST BE MADE)

I have another idea as well, but I want to make it first.

Ah ah ah, I just tested it and got up to at least 60 frames. There may not be a limit anymore.

Also woo, I'm excited to hear people are building stuff. I'm making twelve mods based on these principles, but it sounds like by the time I'm done, some of them will be repeats. Exciting.
